"A man who tenaciously believes in his dreams and goes after them with vehemence until achieving them”: this is how we can define Sergio Arias Moreira (Jan. 28th 1965, Durazno, Uruguay), the man behind this Crusade for Latin America´s Children to bring humanitary help to those who suffer from chronic malnutrition and other diseases, and to improve their education and family environment. Arias Moreira is a poet, writer and motivational lecturer, has the diploma of Communications Specialist. In Peru, specifically, he has occupied various relevant positions, such as Vice-president of Uruguayan-Peruvian Chamber of Commerce, Director and Editor of scientific magazine Pesqueria, from the University of Fishing, in National Agricultural University La Molina. Also, he was Marketing manager and columnist of INCONTRI magazine, from the Asociazione Italiani of Peru and political campaign director of list Inovazione Italiana from COM.IT.ES-Comitato degli Italiani all`Estero (Comittee of Italians Abroad), representative body of the community abroad, instituted by Italian law. Sergio Arias Moreira´s mission is to contribute to the development and well-being of humanity, from the optimistic behaviour of “Yes, I can!”, adding the what to do and why, the need to do and how to do it. This is why, addressing business men and women, professionals, students and general public, he designs, produces and gives lectures about personal development (self-exceedment) with a dynamic, entertaining and highly energetic style, with a positive impact of power to act, motivate, improve quality of life, increase productivity and activate the forces which lead to action and enable us to achieve challenging goals.
